We've never met, but I came across your blog on accident and somehow read the whole thing. The experiences of Americans in Russia has always fascinated me, and it's really awesome that you got past its prickly exterior and saw its heart.
I'm originally from St. Petersburg but spent most of my live in CA. I really enjoyed your photos!
